Hernando County's permit search is the Permit Application Status and Property Search Portal, linked from the Building Division page at hernandocounty.us. It holds permits from March 3, 2026 on. Anything submitted before that date is in the separate Legacy Permit Application Status tool, so an older job can mean searching both. Brooksville is the county's one city.
