Permit Search · Market Intel
Search the permits in your county like you'd search your own job list.
Every permit on record in your area with its street address, value, type and dates, filtered to your trade. Not a map of dots. A list you can work, save and get emailed when it changes.
Pick the county, the trade and a date window, and the list fills with every permit on record that matches, newest first, with the count on top and a map beside it.
Permit Search in Market Intel lists the building permits on record in your Florida county, filtered by trade, permit type, job value, date range, city or ZIP. Each row carries the street address, the declared value, the contractor who pulled it and the filing date, and a search can be saved and emailed when new permits match.

From the record to a signed job
How Permit Search becomes a sale
Filter your county to pool permits over $40,000 in the last 60 days. Every one is a backyard that will need a screen enclosure, pavers, a fence and a gate. The pool company already got paid. You call the owner about the rest.
Search new-construction permits by a general contractor you haven't bid to yet. Open his record: 31 homes this year, values, where. You know what to bid and what he pays before you ever call.
Save the search 'HVAC permits, my ZIPs, last 7 days' and get it Monday. A competitor's install at a house tells you the water heater next to it is the same age.
A permit is a job someone already paid for. The next job at that address, or at that general contractor, is the one you call about.
Filters that match how you bid, not how a clerk files
County, city, ZIP, trade, residential or commercial, new build or remodel, value band, and a date window that defaults to the last 90 days. A plumber in Kissimmee and a roofer in Ocala run two different searches and see two different lists. Save the one you run every Monday and it's there Tuesday.
A permit search that's worth paying for is one you can act on before lunch.
The row tells you enough to decide
Street address, the value declared on the permit, the type, who pulled it and when. Open a row and you get the rest of that property's permit history, the contractor's record, and the owner on file. Sort by newest, by value, or by what's still open.
It's honest about what it doesn't have
Some Florida jurisdictions don't publish values. Some don't name the contractor. When a column is blank, it's blank, and the count at the top says 'on record', because that's what it is. We'd rather you trust the list than be impressed by it.
When a column is blank, it's blank. The count says on record, because that's what it is.
Permit search by Florida county and city
Pick a county or city. Each page tells you which official portal holds the permits and how to search it, because in most of these counties the answer depends on whether the address is inside a city. Then it shows what our permit record holds there: permits on record, the newest filing, the busiest licenses last quarter and a sample of the latest permits.

Questions contractors ask
How far back does the record go?
It depends on the jurisdiction. Some portals carry permits back to the 1990s, others only a few years. The property drawer shows whatever that county has published for the address.
Can I use Permit Search on the free plan?
Yes, in a limited form. A free claimed profile opens Permit Search with the filters and the counts, and shows every permit's city, ZIP, type, value and dates. Street addresses, contractor names and owner names come with Market Intel.
Can I search outside my county?
Market Intel covers the counties in your plan area. Growth seats can add counties. Searching a county outside your plan shows the page with a note, not a locked screen.
Does it show the owner?
Ownership details on a property come with Growth, read from the county property record. Market Intel shows the permit and the contractor.
Can I save a search and get it emailed?
Yes. Save the filters you run every week and new matching permits come by email, weekly on Market Intel, and on Growth daily at 7am ET or at our next hourly check.
Can I export the list?
Not on Market Intel: it shows the list on screen and emails your saved searches. CSV export of the rows is Growth.
