Project Leads · Growth
The GC already pulled the permit. Your trade hasn't been picked yet.
Project Leads is a daily feed of master permits filed by general contractors in your counties: new homes, new commercial buildings, and the larger remodels. For every one we check whether a permit for your trade is on record yet. If it isn't, the job's on your board with the general contractor, the value, the filing date and an Ask to bid button.
Master permits from general contractors where roofing is still open, newest first, with the value, the dates and one button to ask for the bid.
Project Leads in Growth lists new master permits filed by general contractors in the subscriber's Florida counties where no permit for the subscriber's trade is on record yet. Each shows the general contractor, declared value, filing date and location, with a request-to-bid message sent to the GC through the portal and a daily email of new matches.

How a Project Lead becomes a sale
Tuesday 7am: a GC filed a master permit yesterday for a 6-unit townhouse block in your county, $2.1M declared. No plumbing permit on it. Ask to bid sends your license, your 140 permits on record and your trade to his email before he's finished his coffee.
A $300,000 remodel permit shows the trades still open: electrical and mechanical. Two subs call. The one who called first and whose record the general contractor could see wins.
You mark a project Lost. Four months later the same GC files again. The board remembers, you call again, this time with the price you learned from the first one.
A master permit with your trade missing is a bid nobody has sent. The general contractor needs a sub this week, not next quarter.
Ask before the subs are locked in
Hit Ask to bid and the GC gets a short note with your company, license and trade. The board shows how long ago each master permit was filed, so you call the fresh ones first. Your permit track record rides along, so the general contractor can see who's asking.

Filtered to your kind of job
County, city, ZIP, value, residential or commercial, new build or remodel. Set your trades once and the board, the email and the alerts all follow the same rule. Save the search you run every morning.
It says so when it can't tell
On tract homes the trades often go on the general contractor's own permit, so there's no sub permit to look for. When we can't tell whether your trade is still open, the row says that instead of guessing. Mark each project Called, Won or Lost and it stays marked.

Questions contractors ask
Does the GC see my message?
It goes to the email on the GC's license record, with your company name, license number and trade. What they do with it is up to them. The GCs who answer are the ones who needed a sub.
What about commercial work?
Commercial projects in your area are visible on every Growth seat. The county-wide commercial list, the bid-window alerts and the crew alerts come with Growth Commercial, which is limited to 5 bidders per trade per county.
How many counties?
Your plan counties by default. Additional counties are available on Growth, just ask.
How fresh is the feed?
New master permits land as the counties post them, and the board shows how long ago each was filed so you call the fresh ones first. The daily email carries the new matches.
What if my trade goes on the GC's own permit?
On tract homes the trades often ride on the general contractor's permit, so there is no sub permit to find. When we cannot tell whether your trade is still open, the row says so instead of guessing.
