One territory = one ZIP code, one trade: your main licensed trade. While you hold it, nobody else on the platform gets the residential addresses in that ZIP for your trade. Commercial buildings are sold separately, by county. $249 a month for a standard ZIP, $349 a month for a dense one. Another trade you are licensed for, in the same ZIP, is $50 off: $199 a month standard, $299 a month dense. Additional ZIPs available, ask us.

Free gets you found. Market Intel reads your market. Growth works it.

Growth Commercial: the county seat

Commercial work is bid, not sold door to door, and a ZIP is the wrong unit for it. Growth Commercial is one county, one trade: the commercial and institutional projects filed there, the bid window the day the master permit posts, the GC behind each and who else they've hired for your trade. $449 a month for a standard county, $549 a month for Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Hillsborough or Orange. Limited to 5 bidders per trade per county. When the seats are taken, the county closes until one opens.

Growth includes everything in Market Intel, so moving up is adding, not switching.

Add-ons

  • Horizon is an add-on to Market Intel at $149 a month. Included with Growth at no extra cost. The planning-board feed without taking a ZIP.
  • Extra seats for your team: two come with Market Intel, three with Growth, more on Growth when you need them.

Questions contractors ask

Is there a contract?

Month to month. Annual prepay is available on both plans at roughly two months free, and it's optional.

What happens to my ZIP if I cancel Growth?

It opens up. If someone in your trade takes it, you'd be on a waitlist to get it back. The downgrade page says this before you confirm.

Can I start on Market Intel and move to Growth later?

Yes, from the billing page, and nothing you've saved is lost. Growth includes everything in Market Intel, so you're adding, not switching.

Do homeowner inquiries cost extra?

No. Inquiries that come through your profile are included on both paid plans.

Is the data complete?

No, and no Florida permit product is. We cover the jurisdictions that publish records a machine can read, and every count is a floor for those. The portal says 'on record' for a reason.
