Territory · Growth
One ZIP. The addresses in it that are due for your trade, and nobody else gets the list.
Pick a ZIP and we go through every permit on record there for the homes where your kind of work is old enough to need doing again: a reroof permit from 2009, or no repipe on a house built in 1971. Each address comes with the owner on the public record, the assessed value and the permit history. While you hold the ZIP, nobody else on the platform gets its residential addresses for your trade.
The roofs in range of your ZIP that are past their useful life on the permit record, graded, with this week's route in walking order and the owner on record.
Territory in Growth locks one Florida ZIP code to one contractor per trade and lists the residential addresses in it that are past due for that trade's work, based on the age of the last permit on record or the absence of one on a house old enough to need it. Each address carries the owner from the county record, the assessed value and the permit history, with a weekly 25-stop walk route, a letter pack and CSV export.

How Territory becomes a sale
Your ZIP has 904 addresses with a roof past its useful life on the permit record. Grade A is the top 140: higher value, absentee owner, oldest roof. The weekly route gives you 25 of them in walking order. One in ten opens the door. Two or three book an inspection.
An out-of-state LLC owns 11 of those houses. One call to the property manager is eleven roofs.
The letter pack goes to the 115 you didn't reach. The owner who calls back from a letter already knows the roof is old; the letter told him the permit date.
Just Sold adds the 14 that closed last month. A new owner with a 2009 roof and an inspection report is the easiest close of the week.
Nobody else on the platform gets those addresses for your trade. The list is yours and it refills as permits post.
What's on the list
Each address shows the system, the last permit we can find for it, the assessed value and the owner on the public record. Absentee owners and repeat investors are flagged, because they can't do the work themselves. Grade A is the top slice of your ZIP once value, years past due and owner signals are weighed.
A roof permit from 2009 is a sales call with a date on it.
The route does the planning
Every week we pick 25 of your best addresses you haven't worked yet, all in one neighborhood, in walking order. Knock, log what happened, and the next address takes its place. Print it or work it on your phone.
Mail the ones who weren't home
The kit builds a print-ready letter pack, and the list exports to your mail house or CRM. Just Sold adds the homes in your ZIP that closed in the last 180 days, when a new owner is deciding what to fix first.
What exclusive means for your ZIP, exactly
One ZIP, one trade, one contractor. The residential addresses are yours while you hold the ZIP. Commercial projects in the area stay visible to everyone so you can grow into them. Standard ZIPs are $249 a month and dense ones $349 a month, because a ZIP with a few thousand qualifying addresses isn't the same product as a rural one. Additional ZIPs available, just ask.

Questions contractors ask
What if someone already holds my ZIP?
Then it's taken for your trade until they let it go. The signup page checks availability before you pay. Another trade in the same ZIP is a different territory.
How is 'past due' decided?
From the age of the last permit on record for that system, or, for repipes, from a build year old enough with no repipe permit on file. We have not been inside anyone's wall. What we hold is a date and a missing record.
Is the list complete?
No. It's every qualifying address in the permits on record for the jurisdictions we cover. Where a county doesn't publish mechanical or plumbing permits, those addresses can't be on it, and we say so.
Can I follow Do-Not-Call rules with this?
Addresses and owners come from public records. Following Do-Not-Call and mail rules is on you, same as any list.
Can I hold more than one ZIP?
Yes. Additional ZIPs are available on Growth, just ask. Each one is its own territory for your trade.
