Duval County and the City of Jacksonville are one consolidated government, so a Duval permit search is almost always a JaxEPICS search. That's Jacksonville's permitting system. The exceptions are Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach and Baldwin, which are separate municipalities. An address in one of those starts with that town's office.
